Warpcast is giving out $5 each day to the top 100 casters.  

Rewards are given based on the amount of engagement your casts get divided by the number of active followers you have. 

We'll run this experiment through the end of the year to see if it drives people to create more interesting content for Farcaster.

Why I'm excited for this experiment

1. Daily payout in USDC on @base to your existing wallet

2. Algo normalizes followers (we're going to keep adjusting it), so a much wider pool of people will be eligible

3. You don't have to use Warpcast to be eligible; cast from anywhere

Would’t this again reward the same people as any other rewards we have seen on Farcaster?

Doesn’t it make sense that the most value generated in the network should be rewarded for their value contribution? 

Ideally, this follower normalization should actually make it somewhat more difficult for the previously top 1% to earn at the same levels

Will be interesting to see how it goes
