introducing $HIGHER, $CLANKER, and $ANON pairings to new token deployments, in addition to the existing $DEGEN and WETH just say which type of pairing you'd like in the deployment cast, clanker will default to WETH if you don't specify also added these filters to clanker world!

yeah i took it off because i was calculating it inefficiently off the contract. going to use a third party provider for that and trending tokens
