Iโve seen it happen so many times where you think youโre being given an opportunity and they are just waiting to pounce. Itโs great to have an interviewer but needs to be someone you trust to be fair (eg like us, or @toadyhawk.eth or @rachelw etc) and you need to host the space yourself so you can control who speaks and be able to shut it down when you want.
