you can change the reward recipients at any time post-deployment. i recommend immediately after deploying. after you change it, the address you changed it to will have the ability to change the future designated address

only on claim or only on deploy?

ideal for me is only on deploy + immutable

not possible to claim fees from the token created by tinybot?

Is this "Reward Recipient Address" added as a third entity that gets a portion of the 1% LP fee (presumably from the creator's 0.4% slice of that 1%), or is this new entity one that absorbs full control over 100% of the creator's 0.4%?
