As mentioned in my last comment from the above issue, there is a WETH / USDC pool already initialized but very imbalanced.

How can we bring that to a reasonable ratio? E.g. bring it from 0.000001 USDC/WETH to 3000 USDC/WETH.

So I guess that's a minimum. More is better. I can also provide some liquidity after the Pool is fairly balanced 😃
