I am trying to get a better idea of the education level for the majority of /success subscribers. I think I have a good idea, but I’d rather have the data! My answer is “some college” as I spent a few years there - without earning a degree. What about you? https://frame.weponder.io/api/polls/13534

No doubt! 🤣 🙏🧡🙏 Thanks for the FB. Wish I could keep a kumquat tree. Now all you need is a googly eye tree! I have to order them in bulk or go on a grocery store quat hunt when in season. Are you in Florida?

No im in California in the Bay Area, my tree is pretty old, constantly produces kumquats year round. This was from a few months ago.

Wow. That’s a big tree! Is that like 30lbs of them? Amaziiiiiiiing! Are they sweet when ripe? I’ve only gotten one batch that were completely sweet. They were from California.

They are between a lemon and an orange. I just eat the whole thing, really good in salsas/desserts. Yeah we get a ton of them year-round.

Finding people who have kumquats, let alone know what they are, almost gets me excited enough to squirt. Dammit. I just made it weird. I make everything weird.

😂 for sure! They’re pretty rare, local market sells them for like $15/pound. I’d mail you some but idk if they would survive.

If freshly picked they probably would. I might take you up on that if I need them mid summer. I’ve paid $30 per pound on Amazon out of desperation. Now I get them for around $60 for 10lbs(minimum order) from Kumquat Growers in Florida when in season. They ship them right after being picked and usually last months.

The rats are actually eating them right now cause we removed their other food sources. My wife makes an awesome kumquat puree that she uses to bake. I eat some of them but can’t keep up with the tree.

😋Keep telling me about all this delicious food and I’m going to move in. 🤣 Whenever you next get to the point of “what am I supposed to do with all these kumquats again?” hit me. I’ll cover the shipping cost plus whatever you think is fair for the effort/quats to have them shipped to my studio.
