Think I’m experiencing the unexpected negative downside of this update as a channel owner with an active and growing niche channel; that I also create custom content for. 80 replies and 40 recasts emitting moxie,(40% of what it was) puts me in a position where I’m now consciously reserving them for people engaging in my channel, leaving way less for interacting with casts outside of it. Considering I launched a channel FT because of the channel changes a few weeks ago, it seems fair to reserve them for people engaging with my channel/art. Also seems the fairest course for my channel’s FT holders. Please consider raising the cap for channel owners based on channel activity, so we don’t start treating channels like bunkers. Some people have multiple channels so not sure how to math that out to be fair, but I’m sure someone smarter than a kumquat can figure it out.

Brother, because this change was completely negative. The project needs to be much stronger than that. Just introducing heroes doesn’t help. We need to focus on upgrading the project and ensuring its stability!

It may be creating benefits by getting normal users to engage with a more diverse set of accounts, and reduce moxie emissions for sustainability, but it creates an opposite problem for channel owners. At least of niche ones. A channel like memes might not have the same issue as me.

You're right, that's a good point. Look, I think you should support Moxie more and praise Beta more😁. Beta was making heroes out of people who were informing others about Moxie and its changes.

Think there are more than enough people posting about moxie on a regular basis. I’ve slowed down to only posting there if I have something to add to the conversation or time sensitive. My top focus is kumquattery.
