I helped teams do stuff for NFT NYC and have been to tons of events outside of it since 2022 but never actually went inside any of the actual conferences. 🤣

They throw a handful of screens on the far back wall of a floor no one has reason to go to. And your art is only "displayed" if you wait in line to type your name in and hope you can hop on for a selfie before someone else types their name in.

It's such a shame. Like just put screens all around the main conference area and set up dedicated rotating slide shows. Why is it so hard? 😭

Because people will do it just for a speaker credit. As long as that’s the case, they’ll have a list of speakers to get noobs to buy over priced event tickets.

Yeah that's fair, but last year, based on the number of speakers and artists vs people in the venue.... I can't imagine anyone actually bought a ticket.
