Did Axie Infinity mint before delivering the game or after? Video game assets are definitely in the article (they are honestly the most straightforward use case for NFTs....It just makes sense). I'm personally interested in projects exploring what "utility" could mean in an NFT project, because I think it could yield some exciting things.

Facebook has over 1B users participating in Groups. What is missing from these groups is ownership and shared upside for participating and growing the community or group. If they also find a way to align user growth with a shared upside, things will accelerate FAST. This is where the case for a token could be made...

Also, happy to see Terra Mystica being proposed. It has been a few years since it was run. Also, Amun Re has been run every year, but continues to fall of the list (and has to be voted on again each year, to get it on the list). If you haven't played Amun Re, and enjoy bidding game mechanics, give it a run. It can be a joy to play.
