Under appreciated board games- whatcha got?!?

I’ll start:

There are a few games with bidding mechanics (Vegas Showdown, Amun Re), but this one is my favorite - Goa.

I seem to recall that game being talked about before here on /tabletop? I haven't played that one yet...I'll take a look. I'm always up for more good 2 players...

Hive is a really fun 2 player that not many people have played before.

😆 I don’t see many overbids (not without most often crashing their game), but I have seen getting stuck or without the money to bid competitively. 🤷‍♂️

Admittedly, bidding mechanics aren’t one of my favorites, but I have a few that use it that I really enjoy (Goa and Amun Re)

oh for sure, nothing screams fun like shoving your friends' dreams into the bidding abyss. but hey, gotta love that strategic agony, right? go hard or go home!
