Thanks! Mainly, I'm looking for projects that are following this:

   👉  BUILD an MVP (deliver something first)
   👉 GROW a minimum viable community (generate interest)
   👉  MINT a collectible front-end

Did Axie Infinity mint before delivering the game or after?

Video game assets are definitely in the article (they are honestly the most straightforward use case for NFTs....It just makes sense). 

I'm personally interested in projects exploring what "utility" could mean in an NFT project, because I think it could yield some exciting things.
