Dr Bronners soaps have worked well for me. It’s proper soap vs “shower gel”.

Fuck me. This is awful. I try to stick to cotton and linen, but cotton has its own range of issues. Growing Cotton is a bit source of pollution.

The other piece that my mind connects to this is micro-plastic beads in bloody soaps and shampoo. That's also everywhere.
