Not yet, mostly working on building the community and getting folks to share a plan and updates. Would love to learn more about how to turn it into carbon credits.

Thanks for the comment! We've been asking members to share their syntropic design plan, check if there are biomass species. Then we follow their seasonal updates and incentivize community visits. This way we can follow the growth of the systems and stewards closely.

Carbon credits that consider only trees planted does not embrace syntropic systems. Here we produce lots of carbon from shrubs (Mexican Sunflower, prunned 4x/year) and edible mid term species like bananeiras (prunned 1x/year). A lot more biomass on the ground than if we only planted the jackfruit seedling that you can see in the pic of the right.

Like protocols that attest things like -seed stewardship, -volunteering - investment in professional production - co-stewardship - training, scholarships - strategies for long term socio-ecological involvement (education for carpentry, or essential oils, peanut butter, or whatever is the chosen aim) - seasonal retroactive funding

We distributed the funds of our 1st QF Round, for food forest stewards in Brazil that joined the AgroforestDAO Journey 🫘 They are now thinking of ways to coordinate and recognize contributions. They also created the apprentices multisig to practice governance 🙌 Community Agriculture onchain is real 🐜🌱

Hi Kent, sorry for the delay By "be your own farmer" I try to suggest a networked view towards agriculture, with co-owned supply chains, and sharing the many values involved in being a part of a rooted network. It's about bridging rural and urban dwellers and allowing anyone to access seasonality and succession

Anyone building community agriculture in web3? Or are we still stuck in the legacy market-oriented ag? How about thinking like "be your own farmer"? Buying food is not sustainable, who invented this anyway? Tribes don't have markets nor farmers. ReFi innovation should make market agriculture obsolete.
