Strawberry galette recipe 🍓 

There are 3 parts you need to make, each one takes ~5-10 minutes:
- shortbread crust
- strawberry filling 
- almond cream 

And don't be scared of these:
- almond extract - you can leave this one out
- almond flour - can be made at home using a blender

PSA: the autumn version of this galette can be made with pears & walnuts, it's damn good (add some gorgonzola if you're really decadent)🍐
