If you were to purchase warps in-app - that still has 30% tax If you purchase outside - no tax?

Outside app is fine, e.g. wallets link you to browser to buy crypto, but I’m curious if you could do it in-app with a Warpcast Wallet (for example) Have USDC in “Warpcast Wallet”, send it to a labeled address on warps page, and then receive warps all in-app @dwr.eth? Unsure on if they’d be upset at that
