I tried making mango sticky rice for dessert tonight! 🥭🍚 - Chilled and sliced mangos - Sweet mochi rice that was soaked overnight, cooked, and mixed with coconut milk - Pine nuts sprinkled on top before serving The presentation wasn’t perfect, but the kids really enjoyed it! 😮💨
