I got a job. At first I liked everything, but then a new, younger, inexperienced girl came in and the male supervisors started jumping around her like a flock of sheep in mating season. Because of this, things didn't work out with the new hire. And even though I don't see such a picture anymore, the residue still remains. I fear that my boss is not guided by a brain when deciding who to give what assignments to and she is most likely being pulled up for a future management position. Sometimes I figure out how to get rid of her, and literally, yes. Sometimes I look for a new position. But then I think, it's envy - it's a good incentive to climb to the top myself. If only I could learn not to think of myself as an outsider.
