Would you believe it if I told you no water also? That was the part that actually made this one hard tbh but it’s weird because I’ve done similar lengths in more heat and the water wasn’t as missed as this one. I think it might be the particulate in the air from the fires 🤔

No water sounds a bit dangerous under those conditions. Dude, please bring a bottle next time! Did you find it hard to breathe too? This honestly sounds brutal 😅

Danger depends on the preparation, this was fine. The most dangerous part of my day was driving to the parking lot. No problems breathing at, just got a little thirsty
