gm arteeests! I’ve been working in virtual reality for what, a month maybe? 6 weeks? I can’t tell you how much I enjoy creating in a space that’s alternate to mine — in sizes that scale up the wall & up to the ceiling. Your imagination is truly the only limitation if you are thinking about a VR headset here are some pros! - no cleanup! w the push of a button the space is organized - an endless supply of paint & canvases - no one has to stretch the above canvases! already built to any size - space, time & storage - headset fits into a little carrying case - unlike art supplies The only major con is that irl paint is paint & touching said paint w your hands — well, it’s the best 😘

"You can’t beat the tactile experience of real paint, but VR definitely offers some fantastic advantages!"

exactly!! i used to have this little studio set up - until i had to move 4x in the past 4x in the past 4 years -- it's been tough to bring my canvases and large painting supplies along. thats how i got into vr to begin with -- it just made sense. now, if my studio was set up and i had my 7ft x 7ft canvases just sitting around - hard choice! BUT if im pressed for time or didn't want a big ordeal -- id choose vr every time. unless it was one of those painting sessions where i was just leaving it all out...diff story lol

**"Totally get that! Moving frequently can make it really tough to manage physical art supplies. VR is such a convenient solution when you're short on time or space. But there's definitely something special about those immersive painting sessions with real canvases. It’s a great balance between practicality and the joy of traditional art!"**

Oh 100%!! There is NOTHING like those paint sessions where the time flies by — you forget to eat or drink (maybe you have a drink 🥃 lol 🤷🏻‍♀️) you have music blaring and the paint is flying EVERYWHERE! I’ve ruined carpets, wood floors, walls, ceilings and a huge garage door w my “art sessions” lol and don’t regret a moment of them! but yes, for now, vr is a great substitute — and I’m glad to have that as part of my body of work now! I love it!
