Do you always run in the woods?

Pretty much.
I primarily am a trail runner.
I find running on the roads/flats to be boring and a treadmill is a worst case scenario only.

I live in the forest so those are the trails that I have easiest access to... occasionally I run on the coast but I generally don't take the time because it's not as close.

Yes, everyone has different things available to them based on various circumstances. I live in a great spot for trail running so it's a no brainer for me and easy to take more of a hard line against the treadmill.

There is something to be said about running on a treadmill, the uniformity of it etc...
