How is the openrank points calculated? Is it based on the quantity of people you interact with or the quality of people(accounts with high followers)?

The OpenRank scores are calculated based on all engagement done within the channel. Its based on who is interacting with whom. The more quality people (already top ranked users) interact with you, the more are your chances to climb the leaderboard and the more power it gives you to bring someone else up the ranks.
