The lineup for tonight’s dinner! I’ve been to every one of these wineries. Particularly excited for the ‘09 Darioush Shiraz and the ‘94 Graham’s vintage port.

Went very well! My thoughts: - the far niente was much buttery and full bodied than anticipated, in a bit of a negative way - the Shiraz was phenomenal and an absolute highlight - the port really opened up after an hour and was also amazing
