It’s helpful to see the mind as a single entity that has taken root in 8B+ humans (and to a lesser degree, other animals)

It is hellbent on “accelerating” the conversion of all life into thought forms — labels, numbers, abstractions, etc.

If you see it this way, then the prime goal is to relinquish its hold over you

This is also why *you* exist now, at the peak of human population 

The mind acting within the human (the best vessel to promulgate thought) for centuries has increasingly converted the planet’s life energy into humans, at the expense of wild animals, old growth forests and fisheries

But thought still doesn’t rest!
