Fitcember Day 8 ✅ After a long day of sitting yesterday deer hunting and a 2 hr drive home today it was good to get some hip mobility work in before my 20 minute Peloton full body strength class I took. I also modified figure 4 to seated to get a deeper stretch in my hips.
