I'm asking for help -- how do you stay consistent? I love working out, love the mental and physical aspects. but, If travel even 1 week all my routine and motivation is ruined. Any tips? I try to get my cardio in atleast whenever I travel. but tough to workout.

Even doing a 100 push-ups and 100 body weight squats when you’re on the road will do wonders. Break the 100 up as needed
