Great question! For tax and accounting purposes...I'd rather keep it separate so I can load up Rotki and easily delineate who earned what. I already have enough trouble figuring out my taxes, so everything I do is trying to reduce the amount of future annoyances.

If you jointly have the funds for one solo validator, why don’t you just spin up a regular node directly with the beacon chain and then split the rewards every three months or so? It’s not like they’ll be huge anyway, at 2.5–3% APY
