FIP: Snapchain 

A new proposal to introduce global ordering to Farcaster hubs. We'll discuss this in more detail in the dev call tomorrow, but sharing an early draft for feedback.

Hot take: we should just dump all casts into EigenDA (subsidized by FID signup fees) and lazy sync them into hubs to archive (later can be replaced by @codexstorage for longer term storage)

I like this line of thinking. Any plans to comment or creat FIP of separate FIP?
