Absolutely, they are very active on GitHub. I think IPFS has a lot of brand recognition, and I'm a fan of them as well. I think the closest competitor to Etherscan is beaconcha.in, which is open source.

Is Swarm still a thing? (honest question) Feels like Sourcify is better set up to break Etherscan's network effect due to their integrations with modern dev tooling. Not sure why they chose IPFS > Swarm if Swarm is still an active project
