Willet Straight Rye @ 108.2° Almost certainly a high corn mashbill rye. 50% rye spice and 50% biscuit cookie bourbon. Good viscosity. This is Rittenhouse for sipping.

Not pictured: High West Yippie Ki-Yay. Excellent Shiraz and Vermouth flavored nose combined with rye spice. Continues on the palate. 46% abv so low viscosity. Love wine finishes, even better with rye pepper. Would buy a bottle.
