Really intrigued by this space. Social networks have been a lifeblood for me since my LiveJournal days. As a CS teacher, I am curious about building tools that empower my students and make me a better educator. Is there a space for educators here? Or am I a lone wolf at the moment?

You're early, but hey I went to Bellarmine in SJ, and I loved my Jesuit computer science education! They had so many classes I was able to take one every semester all 4 years. One thing I think would have been useful is more proofs/discrete math in HS, it was offered for seniors, but more as a backup class for those who didn't want to finish with Algebra 2. The other would be CompE topics, like computer architecture, which may be a little advanced, but I've seen it done before, (love this series): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgPFzblBh7w

Thanks for sharing this. I’ll definitely check it out. I was Jesuit educated as well (and currently continue passing that along as a teacher at a Jesuit HS). We may have a few common acquaintances since I work with a couple Bellarmine alums / former Bellarmine teachers.
