Except it’s not all parody and you know that, Vitalik scams are on YouTube all day.
Eloon seems perfectly fine amplifiying fake content almost daily.
While it may be a high bar to sue for libel in the U.S. , election interference is not as high.
Nothing unconstitutional about it.

You cannot trust that the government will not turn to the other side and this very law be used against you.

Nowhere did I say that 'it's all parody.' Nowhere did I say that Elon Musk spreading misinformation is good. Nowhere did I say libel laws can't exist under the existing US caselaw for what libel is (not UK's wishy-washy definition). Or that the state shouldn't exist at all.

I'm saying that the government should never be allowed under any circumstances to send men with guns and lock you in a cage because what you posted was a "deep fake." We combat fake news with higher quality that debunks & discredits the fake news. Not by using the implicit threat of violence to quell speech.
We have the technology to label deepfakes and unscrupulous content, BlueSky has done a lot of good work in this area and I hope it will be adopted here soon.

First of all you lose all credibility when you state it’s all only for parody.
Second I’m not one of those people who lives in constant fear of the government and seeing deep state boogeyman behind every corner.
Oh I see it’s much better to have a billionaire manipulating the election by spreading false information on one of the largest social media platforms in the world.
