Telegram is actually a garbage product and I'm shocked so many in crypto use it.

All fair points, I do like having a web client, where Signal does not. But WhatsApp does have a web client, but it's more constrained. Whereas Telegram seems to want to go full Discord.

I honestly think telegram improves on discord or Whatsapp in certain areas. Search is much better, history is longer, notifications across devices are generally better.

I think that's the thing...I don't really want the features of Telegram. They have leaned into chatbots and every Telegram group chat becomes spam board. They want to be a social media company, but they don't know how to build filters that don't abuse my attention.
