What's FC sentiment on Solana?

I think the real problem for Solana is not tech, but that Ethereum & EVM network effects are really strong, and in the bear market we're in network effects matter even more.

I listened to a podcast with Anatoly recently and he had an interesting take on that. He thinks long-term, being non-EVM gives them more hope of survival b/c there's fungibility across EVM chains (Dont like AVAX, go somewhere else). Ppl who build on Solana's stack have higher switching costs if they want to leave.

yeah while that might be true to some degree, I don't see that property attracting new builders on the chain, which is vital for continued growth and relevance. Builder decision: Build on exciting new L2 on eth with incentives, with bigger ecosystem and user base, or build on Solana with tech lock in?
