Distribution is something we didn't have, desperately wanted, and the harsh truth is Farcaster Frames executed it better. I shared this to /founders because I think there are some important lessons earned here. Being early doesn't matter. Ideas don't matter. Execution does. Simplicity does. Distribution does. ๐ Protocols without distribution lose to apps with distribution (who can then protocolize if they want)
