Distribution is something we didn't have, desperately wanted, and the harsh truth is Farcaster Frames executed it better. I shared this to /founders because I think there are some important lessons earned here. Being early doesn't matter. Ideas don't matter. Execution does. Simplicity does. Distribution does. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Protocols without distribution lose to apps with distribution (who can then protocolize if they want)
