What's the social norm on re-launching tokens? Seeing a bunch of Solana tokens copied over here - some adapted, some not. If a token virtually dies, is there a time when it's ok to relaunch?

Relaunching a token? If you mean bridge to capture a new audience, maybe. And it would have to be the same team. Otherwise, no.
