So ponder only lets me submit one thing, but here’s an idea: instead of 15mins to crowdfund, make it adjustable up to 24hrs and have it token-gated. This allows a community to crowdfund a coin and then it actually feels like “their coin”

Depends on community. If I was launched a token for /blackflag I would gate by the prize tokens from Our PoolTogether vaults or tlBANK If I was launching a token for /bcard I’d gate based on contributor/patron NFTs

two qs 1) are you planning on launching a token, or is this a hypothetical 2) what mechanism would you want for the gating; capped per person or smthg else?

1) I’m planning to launch a token for /blackflag but haven’t decided on Larry yet. Right now top thing would be to create a “custom” erc20 from base contracts. If I’m being realistic I would say it’s in January. /bcard token launch is far enough away that it is hypothetical. 2) hadn’t thought about this at all. Capped makes sense except if the token won’t launch and you wanna fill in the end of a round.
