Spent the past 2 hours responding to Bountycaster questions. To keep things manageable for me, I need to add a hard stop on time answering questions to 10 min total for each post (this was my norm before Moxie meta). Prioritizing most frequently asked questions and from active Bountycaster users going forward 🙏

@linda I search for jobs on the bountycaster web with the keyword coding, but in the search there are only jobs that are outdated but have not been done. How to respond How would you respond if I could still do the work in that obsolete job? What makes you still able to respond?

If it's still marked as open, it's not supposed to be obsolete. If you want to check with the bounty poster in case the bounty is really old, it doesn't hurt to respond and ask if the bounty is still available to work on

@linda , I'm intrigued by the challenges you're facing with the growing volume of bounties. Given the rapid expansion of the community and the increasing number of bounties, have you considered involving the community in helping to assess or update the status of these bounties? Perhaps a crowd-voting feature where users can flag outdated bounties or prioritize the most relevant ones? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this idea!

Yes have considered but this requires significant eng + coordination work to get set up so it's not a top priority for us right now since bounties are peer to peer already anyways

I totally get that, Linda. It makes sense to prioritize what's most impactful right now. As someone who's passionate about the platform, is there anything the community can do in the meantime to help improve the bounty experience or maybe assist with some of the coordination work? Even small contributions might make a difference and ease the load on your team.
