Planning and writing down the details of what I want to do during the day gives me a sense of mastery and control over my life. It's like I'm trying to seize the opportunity of living each day. Every night in the silence of my home, in my solitude, I review the day I had and hopefully plan for tomorrow. Do you have this habit?!

I dont do it like that but im all for reflecting and planning it definitely sets you up for a perfect day
