There's been an ongoing convo lately regarding optimal training. Is really going to 0-2 RIR better than going to failure? Is upper lower high frequency split better than other splits that maximize fatigue and minimize recovery? I'll cover in the next casts, but you share your opinions 👇👇

Recovery is the key. Full body or upper lower split works well. 2 exercises, 3 working sets each is enough to train one muscle group
