It’s a movement that helps improve your kinetic chain from foot to hand. This also helps you develop a better triple extension (hip/knee/ankle) to generate max effort force/power. Overall, it’s a great total body movement that helps build core strength… stability… and body control/coordination. Try it out in your next workout!
