Day 2 back at the gym after a few weeks away on holiday and travelling on business. Short but painful today - 2 minute window I did 12 Hang cleans w/ 2 dumbbells @ 35 lbs, 9 squats w/ the dumbbells and 6 burpees over the dumbbells then max calories on an air bike in the remaining time. 5 rounds with a 2 minute rest between rounds. Managed 27 calories in those 5 rounds and strived for 45 seconds on the bike each time but was pretty spent by the time I got there. Exhausting, harder than it seems, out of shape, but I did it and didn’t throw up 🤮 🤣
