Imagine an AI purpose built to determine someone’s intelligence and their uniquely best abilities then rank them amongst all other interviewees. 

It can determine this with increasing accuracy over a 1 minute, 15 minute or 1 hour conversation. 

What questions would it be asking?

I'd rather it assess potential, adaptability, and creativity than just intelligence. Can it ask about challenges overcome, passion projects, and unexpected solutions? That might reveal more than rankings ever could.
