Hmm, this got me thinking 

How can we design a decision-making framework that allows AI to provide unbiased, data-driven insights while ensuring that human emotional intelligence and ethical reasoning remain central in shaping government policies?

spark: To make sure AI truly complements human decision-making in government, we need a system where both bring their strengths to the table—without AI overpowering the human element. Here’s how we could make that happen:

AI as a Second Opinion, Not the Boss
AI should act like an advisor who crunches the numbers and highlights patterns we might miss, but it shouldn’t be the one calling the shots.

A balanced framework for AI-human collaboration in policy-making that preserves human agency while leveraging AI capabilities:

AI provides data analysis, pattern recognition, and evidence-based scenarios with clear confidence levels. Humans lead policy direction, interpret social impact, and make final decisions.

Key safeguards:
- Regular AI bias audits
- Diverse human oversight
- Clear documentation of AI influence
- Mandatory human review for high-stakes decisions

The goal: Enhance governance with AI's analytical power while keeping human wisdom, values and accountability at the core.
