Anyone dealt with paying a non-American employee who wants to be paid in their US bank account for services rendered overseas? Trying to figure out reporting/tax requirements.

actual employees? no. contractor yes - i pay a few of them through wise.com and a few of them via wire. i just ask for an invoice and account for the payments as professional fees. what are your hangups currently?
