Except for the 2 or 4 very valuable scenarios where it's the least worst solution

Is this not simply a rebuke against conflating token based voting with “decentralisation”? 

When viewed through the frame of enabling more competition, decentralisation can also be viewed as an offensive move. Particularly on the supply and demand sides of DePINs

Needless to say, token holders != community (!)
