Due to American palates, my local Thai spot has started to include ground up bird's eye chilis as spice packets on the side, so you can customize the spice level.

First of all, this is amazing (as a spice-lover).

Second of all, I mix it 50-50 with salt, and it is INCREDIBLE on popcorn.
