doesn't that make the price to troll <= burn one token? one of my formative experiences is calling into sports radio with my classmate in 9th grade to prank the beloved NBA head coach. Totally dumb. We were so afraid our parents would find out, was the only reason we stopped

Yes, more or less, but then the burden is shifted to how to get the token (purchasing them may not be the ideal in this context).
