thanks! I ended up getting an OXO 8 cup which was recommended by reddit and Wirecutter. i was between the moccamaster and the OXO. I was very focused on finding something where i didn't need to make a full pot, and the OXO solves that

Donknow a ton about Oxo's brewer, but I like some of their other products for sure and it has SCA approval so dope!
