coinbase imo, still easiest and most flexible in terms of what you can do once you want to do more advanced stuff like send coins to wallets, recieve from them etc

Using MMask’s buy from PPal option. 
Instant transaction to wallet. 
No hold, ready in seconds. 

Probably some cons, but I haven’t noticed.
