I've helped lead companies and built teams large and small. Here's the tool I use for evaluating people. Hope it helps. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗜'𝗦 Of course I want to evaluate if you can do the job. That's table stakes. But just as important as can you do the job is *how* you do the job. The 5 I's are my rubric.

𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 ᴡʜᴀᴛ ʏᴏᴜ ᴅᴏ ᴡʜᴇɴ ɴᴏ ᴏɴᴇ ɪꜱ ʟᴏᴏᴋɪɴɢ. Non-negotiable and binary. You have it or you don't. No integrity? Interview over. It's hard to test, but critical to get to the right answer. Especially in this industry where there is a *lot* of money on the line.

𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 ᴀʀᴇ ʏᴏᴜ ʀɪɢʜᴛ ᴡʜᴇɴ ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ'ꜱ ᴀ ʟᴏᴛ ᴏꜰ ᴅᴀᴛᴀ This isn't "do you know trivia" but rather can you quickly sift through tons of data to get to the right answer? I'm also looking at *speed* of learning. Most teams live or die by their speed of execution, which is a derivative of speed of learning.

𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗨𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 ᴀʀᴇ ʏᴏᴜ ʀɪɢʜᴛ ᴡʜᴇɴ ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ'ꜱ ɴᴏ ᴅᴀᴛᴀ Gut instinct is *critical* when things are moving fast. And so often, you're forced into making decisions with little to no data. Some people can just make the correct decisions even without a lot of data in front of them. Call it gut instinct or a sixth sense or whatever. I call it intuition. I want to work with those people.
